The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and percolater. Iron & ironing board are also provided.

The lounge area is very comfortable with a large sofa, coffee table, variable lighting etc.

Entertainment is provided with TV DVD player and CD player and a good selection of DVDs and CDs. There is also a book collection and board games.

The bedrooms provide 1 double and 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Hairdryers haves also been supplied.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a 4 piece bathroom suite with shower. The washing machine is in there also.

The lounge leads to a balcony (perfect for al fresco eating) via large double doors with views of the little church and lighthouse. This leads up to your own large, attractive roof terrace furnished with chairs, sun beds and many plants & cacti. Also, a screen is provided for your privacy. From here the spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed which El Cotillo is renowned for.

Banks, cash point, pharmacy & internet are nearby. Mountain bikes, surf boards, snorkels can be hired locally.
